All bookings are subject to availability and site-specific rules. Refund and cancellation policies may vary by location; details will be provided at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

3. RevShare Opportunities

Any investment opportunity presented by Global Glamping is not a public offering and is subject to formal agreement.Returns are projected and not guaranteed.Participants must review and sign a RevShare Agreement, which supersedes these general terms.

4. GlampingSchool.com Courses

Enrollment in educational offerings grants you a license to access course content for personal and professional development only.Sharing course materials without permission is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and course materials are the property of Global Glamping LLC and may not be used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Glamping LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Use of the website Delayed or canceled bookings Misuse of educational or investment information

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana (or Arkansas, depending on HQ). Disputes will be resolved via arbitration unless otherwise required.
