Devon Allan Towle
founder/ceo
Devon grew up in New Mexico and has gained 15 years of experience in architecture, design, sales, and marketing since studying architecture at The Pearl Hall at the University of New Mexico.
In those years, the aspiring entrepreneur learned creative and revolutionary ways to generate revenue, and his passion for architecture, design, and alternative housing lead him into the glamping industry. He fell in love with nature and is passionate about connecting others to their world, whatever that may be.
He created Global Glamping as his way to spread love and health to the world. Devon designs structures to fit the lifestyle and needs of our special client base.
After generating more than $20,000 from his Award Winning Hipcamp and the Lewis & Clark Glamping Yurt on Airbnb, he wanted to create a unique platform for people that were interested in the glamping movement that would set the industry standard and be a full GPS for all things glamping.
From that aspiration, Global Glamping was born. Based in Stevensville Montana, Global Glamping delivers worldwide with the goals to offer the most unique structures for guests and customers, support clients to make a living in glamping, and provide individuals and families fulfilling, ecological and affordable homes.
Brian Zingo
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Global Glamping, Brian Zingo is responsible for the global operations of the company. He brings more than 15 years of experience in business ownership and consulting to Global Glamping. His experience and leadership have been focused on new venture development, technology-driven startups, organizational growth and scaling, and profitable revenue growth.
In conjunction with joining Global Glamping in 2021, Brian is the Founder and CEO of Meraki Business Academy, a business development and consulting firm founded in 2006. Responsible for the successful launch of over 1,000 businesses, he has coached and trained thousands of business owners and their management teams on best practices in business services and solutions.
In addition to serving over 15 years at Meraki, Brian founded and serves as CEO for Memory Nook, a technology company founded in 2019. Through his leadership and vision, this breakthrough social media app made the leap from concept to completion in 2020.
Brian has a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, a Master of Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Melinda Filstrup
Marketing Director
Melinda Filstrup serves as Glamping Global Marketing Director. With more than 19 years of experience in launching and managing 36 restaurants, 8 hotels, and 11 nightclubs/bars by implementing strategic brand development, market research, high-impact advertising, consumer experience and public relations. With a passion for travel and hospitality,
Melinda leads the development and execution of Glamping Global brand-centric growth strategy, driving the portfolio forward with insight and innovation.
Possessing a deep understanding of brand integrity and a passion for bringing hospitality experiences to life, Melinda has earned a reputation for boldly leading organizations into new strategic areas by pushing the limits of what is possible and unlocking tremendous opportunity.
Prior to joining the team, Melinda oversaw marketing efforts for notable Las Vegas based hospitality brands like The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, The Venetian, CityCenter, Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Miami brands such as sbe Hospitality and Hilton.
Tristan John O'Carey
Senior glamping advisor
Tristan grew up near Mount Rainier in Washington State and has studied psychology and business for more than a decade.
After turning down opportunities across the country over questions of ethics, he finally found a place where he felt his knowledge and skills could be put to good use while still maintaining his integrity and love of people.
He was delighted to find an industry where his love for the outdoors and childhood scouting adventures aligned with his passion for business, leadership and helping others achieve success.
He found the love and unity he had been searching for through the Global Glamping Family. He is now the head advisor at Global Glamping for real estate investors and land owners.
Elora Danielle O'Carey
Senior glamping specialist
Elora grew up in the backwoods of Maine and there developed a deep love for the healing energy of mother nature and what it can bring into our lives. Her passion for self education gave her a broad knowledge of project management, music, performing arts, sales, life coaching, and content creation. As a high school senior, however, her health unexpectedly declined for years and she only improved after returning to mother nature and its healing effects.
While still healing, she wanted to share the knowledge she had gained and help others in a ways she was unable to find on her own. She discovered Global Glamping had the same ideals and love for the people that she did, and knew she had found a place she believed in and could use her skills to help change the world.
She is now the specialist at Global Glamping for all those interested in joining the glamping community.
Casey Towle
Head of construction
Casey is Devon’s brother and the head of construction for 2theT Construction who partners with Global Glamping to offer our clients a hands free approach to making their structures a reality.
Originally from Rio Rancho, he grew up in San Antonio and attended UTSA for Architecture and Design since gaining more than a decade of experience in construction.
Seeing what his brother was doing through Global Glamping, Casey wanted to join the vision and do his part.
He now oversees the fulfillment process for our clients and keeps construction projects on schedule and within budget. He and his team make your dream tangible and build it for you.
